If you wish to receive further information or advice from Wine-store.co.uk, you should be aware that these will be of an indicative nature.

Delivery time and transport:

Delivery of goods from Wine-store.co.uk is considered delivered when the consumer has received the goods. The shipment of goods takes place as pallet shipments, which are shipped with Dachser. Pallet deliveries are only made to the curb. The lead time for items in stock is 3-5 days. Longer lead time may apply to Goods On-Order. The expected lead time for Goods On-Order items will be shown on the product page and should be understood as indicative only.

The risk for goods purchased from Wine-store.co.uk is passed to you as the consumer at the time of delivery.

Returns:

As a private person (consumer), you are normally given a 14-day period in which you have the right to return a purchased good with full refund, when buying goods online. Within these terms and conditions we will deviate from such right for the following reason: All goods ordered at Wine-store are custom-made based on the buyer's individual needs and wishes. The products are therefore produced in accordance to the measurements and specifications provided by the buyer. The production of the ordered goods is automatically initiated immediately after the buyer has placed the order and completed the payment. For the above stated reasons, the purchasers of goods from Wine-store accept that the right to return within a 14-day period with a full refund is limited. If you have changes to an order, Wine-store must be notified within 12 hours after your order has been completed.

Freight damage:

Before the buyer signs the receipt for the delivery, the buyer must check the products for freight damage upon delivery. Thus, the buyer must check whether the packaging is broken or whether there are other indications of damage. Finally, the number of units ordered must correspond to the number delivered. In case of damage, the order will be received with a specific remark on the waybill and you are requested to contact Wine-store.co.uk at info@wine-store.co.uk within 24 hours to inform us.

Note: We recommend that you receive the order despite damage, as re-delivery will be at your expense. Pictures of the damage must be taken before you unpack; otherwise the right of complaint is lost. If the waybill is signed by the buyer without any remarks, it is not possible to later on claim compensation for freight damage or missing units. In such case, Wine-store.co.uk cannot repair or produce a new item free of charge.

Price and payment:

In this shop you can order your goods online and pay by national and international credit cards, MobilePay, Viabill, bank transfer, EAN payment, financing via Santander Consumer Bank, by invoice upon agreement or by cash during pick-up. All the prices on Wine-store.co.uk - on the web address wine-store.co.uk are including VAT. The money will be deducted from your bank account once the item is shipped. A prepaid deposit of 25% is required on custom orders.

Complaints:

Any defects or shortcomings in the delivery from Wine-store.co.uk must be claimed within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. It is your responsibility to indicate and, if requested, show how a fault or defect manifest itself. If you discover a fault, you must contact Wine-store.co.uk as soon as possible. We grant a 2-year warranty.

As a rule, you can only complain about defects that appear within one year after you have received the goods. For goods with a limited shelf life, your right to complain is limited by the length of the shelf life period that Wine-store.co.uk has given you.

Privacy Policy:

Wine-store.co.uk understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. The company will not disclose information about customers/users to third parties unless it is necessary to implement a transaction. The company will not sell your name, address, email, credit card, or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.

Redress and return are free of charge for the consumer.
